assalamualaikum welcome to the 2020-2021 school year we hope everyone had a restful summer and are ready to jump back the school this school year will be unique and today we would like to take this opportunity to review the rules and procedures that will be implemented throughout the school year let's begin with R preschool. our students in preschool will have a normal schedule from 8 to 3:30 they will have a required temperature screening and health assessment while in the carpool lane in the classroom we will have included meaning and moderate social distancing next let's go on to our students in kindergarten through 3rd grade are students in these grades will be following a hybrid model of learning food last names a through F will be on campus Monday and Wednesday students with last names G through the sea will be on campus Tuesday and Thursday all students will be home on Friday Also are students in kindergarten through 3rd grade craft shows in a virtual only model will be at home the entire week now for our on-site students let's begin reviewing our safety and health protocols before leaving home parents are asked to complete to task first parents will receive a health Assessor Farm by 6 a.m. they are to complete this form before arrival and show us staff member a receipt of confirmation second parents are asked to do a wellness check of their child before coming cool just include taking their temperature and washing hands we will begin our day with a staggered drop off students and third and second grade should arrive at School between 735 + 745 students in first grade and kindergarten should arrive between 7:45 and 8 the staggered APA will allow for shorter line and less traffic during the morning upon arrival parents and students remain in the car and will first need to show the staff member the completed Health assessment receipt have their child's temperature taken which should be under 100.4 degrees and ensure their child is wearing a well-fitting mask the mask must remain on the child's throughout Adoration of the school day we will have mass brakes for our youngest students however they will spend most of their day wearing their masks please practice with your child before the start of the school year if any of the steps are not completed the child will not be allowed on campus after being cleared students will be given hand sanitizer and take to the building by a staff member here they will begin their day by washing their hands and then entering the classroom are students in kindergarten through 3rd grade will engage in a mix of Blended and exclusive learning what is learning means that students at home will feel part of the classroom environment by engaging in the class B a live stream after the whole class lesson is completed our virtual school students will take part in the list of teaching in which the teacher will engage with the online student separately to ensure maximum student engagement and support our students and 4th through 8th grade will begin the school year being 100% online are learning management system will be Google classroom and before the start of the school year all students kindergarten through 8th grade will receive detailed instructions on how to enter their child's virtual classroom it is imperative that all students enroll in their teachers Google classroom before the start of the school year this school year is going to feel different for all of us the way we teach you learn will be different the way we play and socialize with our friends will be altered however through all these changes One Thing Remains the Same our commitment to your child's education and Islamic well-being when are the school year is going to have some up and down some hits and misses because this is something you for everyone all over the world not just us but with the support of our families and Community we are sure this year will be the best one yet we can't wait are students on the first day of school which will be August 18th enjoy the last few days of summer said I'm all dakim this hour
