Why Join the PTSO?

The PTSO is the heart and spirit of our school. Whether its holding weekly Bake sales, coordinating Hajj fairs or drumming up support for spirit week, the PTSO is a solid partner in all of our events. The PTSO holds the following responsibilities: 

 

  • Coordinates opportunities for parents to participate in the total education of their child, such as volunteering and parent workshops.
  • Provides a forum for constructive communication between parents, Teachers, administrators, and community members for meeting challenges posed by the school.
  • Sponsors fund-raising activities to promote the development of the school's resources and thus enhance its educational program. Membership is highly recommended to any parent or concerned individual who has a committed involvement with the purpose and basic policies of PTSO. PTSO holds meetings on a quarterly basis and produces a newsletter periodically to be sent home in the weekly folder.
