This week, we focused on ISLAMIC STUDIES TRIVIA and I wanted to share with you some of the questions on there, so you can review and practice for next week in'sha'Allah! This will be your final I.S. Friday assignment of the year!!!!!! YAYY! You will only have to review these questions at home with a sibling or a parent. When you are done, please type "DONE". That's it! (You can use flashcards to review trivia and can even make your own trivia game at home and ask your family the questions too)

For today's assignment, I want you to look at the folder under Unit 6 for "the masjid", and start designing your own mini mosque. If you have had the chance to start in class already, keep working on your mini project. You can watch the video on "How to draw a mosque" and use construction paper, cardstock, paper bags, etc. Your mosque can look however you want it to! It can even be a 3D mosque! 


Below are some picture examples of masjid designs! Feel free to copy any that you like! You may bring your masjid in next week or take pictures of it and send them to my email when you are done! Also, click SUBMIT when you are done!

For today's assignment, I would like for you all to think about what we read yesterday in class on Prophet Nuh (as) and attach your answers to the questions below on a google doc. You can copy the questions and paste them and then answer them if that makes it easier!

You can find the answers in your reading from pgs. 56-58 in your textbook!

2. Who was the Prophet that Allah(SWT) sent after Prophet Adam years after the people started to worship idols?
3. How long did Prophet Nuh live? We mentioned this in class! I've also attached the video on Prophet Nuh's story that you can watch that will remind you.

For today's assignment, I would like for everyone to read the 5 attached pages with the steps of hajj on them from our 2nd grade main textbook (which you don't have).

Once you are done reading all the pages, I would like you to go back to yesterday's assignment and add a few sentences to your writing that starts with "When I go to hajj, I want to....". Make sure you used what you learned to list the steps you will do in hajj, then make sure your assignment is submitted!
