all right Bismillah let's officially begin our parent orientation for the 2324 school year we were getting always like raising a less strenuous I left for opportunity to be in this position and to be part of the important part of your family has you are an important part of our uneventful family we are here to help we are in this Noble together raising our children not your children not mine all of ours together to be active confident so we're in this together we only known one another one another and we are here to support one another now all the way so today we'll be going over for main topic we will be going over some updates on our end I hope that many of you enjoyed your summer all of you actually got some rest. Sometime family team was at work yes we do work in the summer at the common question to get asked about the summertime what's happening we are aware we are working to make sure a school year run some Lisa will share some updates we have made some updates we have worked we on our handbook and there's some items will just be a review just going over things cuz everyone needs reminders myself included and a couple of probably some things that we have put in place most of them based on parents stuff feedback and then just a few things about the first days of school so in the summer what were you up to the first thing is of course that during the summer time beside the regular test from getting the building ready and making sure the enough chairs and tables and all that fun stuff making sure the walls are painted and making sure everything's fresh for our little one we also work a lot on the curriculum just re-evaluating see what updates need to be made this year we have updated our social studies curriculum that we have adopted will be more what we call breaking them which means that it won't be your traditional lesson quiz assessment that type of curriculum it'll be a lot of Hands-On project-based you're thinking about different topics so that is what will be happening with our new Social Security on we have updated the standards for Islamic Studies curriculum completely so it's at are so I'm excited to be going for a complete overhaul which mean is that what will be teaching our students of course some of it will be what we've always been teaching them but we've also added a lot more topics to bring and relevancy into our our curriculum studies we have also updated our Master we are still working on the younger grades with Eureka but we have an updated version that we're hoping is even better for students so these are the areas when Circle M. We have work. Are teachers since the end of last year and then this week have been in professional development and a topic called restorative practices and we are to our school this year where every time we are attempting to embedded in our school culture and its really bro focus on positive relationships conflict resolution strategies because we know that our job as educators all Stephanie Mann school is not just a tease curriculum but is also to raise students with strong with soft skills skills they need as they keep getting older and then policy updates which we will share with you today this meeting in particular will focus on policy updates only for a k-3 so if you have students that are in older grades then that will be for tomorrow and we purposely separated out because we do have different policy update for different grade levels if you have students in both grade levels I'll see you again tomorrow night before we get started just a couple of important dates for ours lawyer on Monday August 14th will be our open house from 10 to 2 p.m. in sha Allah and our open house you can stop by meet your child's teacher drop off supplies do all those things get him at get ways to install allow when you have to come on Tuesday August 15th on the first day of school you are ready to go and you're not you know lugging all the supplies you don't know where to go and tell us so please make some time to come to the open house there is not dead time for grade it's anytime between 10 and 2 you know quick stop in we would love to see everybody and Sala on the open house today on August 27th we have our pcso back-to-school book a land in Charlotte play more information sent to all our families math testing will be happening towards the middle and end of August and then at last day of August on the 31st and fella we are going to bring back our monthly things with me if you're there pastries and principal in the morning stop by just a very informal meeting with me bring up any concerns or if you just want to chat a little bit that's that's the best time to real formulations chips and get to know one another better so that's a great time to join us in Shelton also all these dates are linked on our website we have everything on our calendar so if you'd like to subscribe to your calendar out of your personal calendar so you're up-to-date with everything that's going to be happening throughout the school year we have got we have dates in our calendar of events happening in the entire school year so that you can get keep yourself organized and if you need the key under friendly vacation during planning and silkworth please go ahead and use our school calendar as a point of reference in Charlotte this year we will be sharing please of all policies reference in our scan book and their share the beginning of the year with our families students and our families are urged to go over the actual language of these policies and procedures which include important information about rights responsibilities as a family and student and if you have any questions about our policy or more than welcome to reach out will be sharing this early next week install us through a digital copy but will also be handing out a quick guide a quick reference guide find the open house so you have bills at your fingertips so some important topics that would like to bring your to your attention just as a reminder are school hours are from 45 to 3:05 the doors open at 7:30 and missile is from 3:05 to 3:25 we we have the time of 7:45 however students are would be considered tardy after 8:01 but those first 15 minutes 7:45 to 8 is when we have assembly time which is really an important time and it's really a fun time for kids so please make every effort to bring your child there for can we buy 7:45 and end of the red brick building however if first. Does start at 8 sharp so they would be tardy if they're arriving after 8:01 school ends at 3:20 pill 5 that's when this missile begins and ends at 3:25 if you are late we will be you will be charged 5 minutes for pickups after 3:30 if you are a parent who does need extended care and we also have after already sent that sign up with all we've already have parents who have signed up who have used that facility in the past so in Shala we do have Aftercare available again if you need it to go ahead and sign up and if you need a jump just for a day or just for a week because somebody's traveling and you have issues with picking up at our normal dismissal time we also have date day passes available in sha Allah so just reminding about a few other things first snack and lunch it's very important for the little ones to be fed with a nutritious snack and lunch we can't emphasize we can't emphasize enough how important it is that we are Trisha's snacks and lunches for students it is their responsibility for our families to provide the snack and lunch we do not provide any refrigerating or heating services at work meal we do have lunch which is serviced by Alameda or Cafeteria on the campus if you would like to purchase a lunch for your child you would buy a lunch card on our school website however snack is not available this include Monday through Friday you would have you would like you to send a snack and Charla we did send a detailed email about yesterday about lunch so if you didn't get a chance please go ahead and you know just filter through your emails quick a note I promised our admin assistant that I would remind to everybody that if your email and is out Yahoo or Hotmail email sometimes the emails that come from our school go to your spam folder so if you're not getting emails please check your spam folder first and if you still notice that it not there then go ahead and call the front office and we'll go ahead and try to take care of that situation and Shala but as of now everybody should be receiving two emails if you received this text and not an email then definitely going to check that folder because that means you're a narcissist second thing to talk about which food we also have bake sale which will not start the first Friday but will start the second Friday on May the kitchen is closed for us on Fridays because they are servicing the community after the gym ocelot so we will send a separate form for bake sale the lunch cards that you purchased for Monday through Thursday are not applicable for the Friday big sale we will email our bake sale forms out quarterly please make sure you stick to the deadline because we have a lot something to do on our end so we need sufficient time to make sure that we get the forms on time and then finally when it comes to allergies and Medicine we remind parents to notify the school of any allergies medicine fluid or anything else and we will work with the parents to make sure we have the appropriate plan for your child if your child suffers from allergies are migraines and you are comfortable with us administering medication to them it must be done with the proper documentation and in order to do that you would just go ahead and contact Mr met in the front office and she'll go ahead and guide you through that process we do not allow that we you know that you send medicine medicine cuz somebody you know how bad allergies one day and the teacher and ask the teacher to go ahead and give it to them for that day we will not be able to do that so please make sure that you are correct Savannah you know if your child needs medication throughout the school year to go ahead and take care of that early inshallah uniforms hopefully everybody has gotten the uniform because you didn't RX did to be on Soul uniform on the first day of school students waiting on any arrival of our uniforms you ordered maybe they haven't gotten to yet or are expected to email their teacher that they've already taken care of their order please make sure that the polo shirts and jumpers all have our elements logo in the white thread we have several providers now who do provide the embroidery so please again go to our website all that information is there so the since already in their uniform and once again uniform is something that is important to us because we want to make sure that our students are neat and clean and it just and it is a part of our school policy and we I hope that we will try to make it as easy as possible for everybody make sure it again that if you know our kids little ones grow so much by the end of the year they'll be you know definitely a couple of and don't be going throughout the years to just make sure that the uniforms you know that they're still at a modest length for the shirts and that you know they're still in good condition in sha Allah we have dress down days and those are already are settled in into our calendar there on the last Tuesday of the month for the boys even though our students are young we still ask them to wear pants the girls can wear dresses but we ask no Sleepless shirts for boys and girls the kids really enjoy the dress down days and we love seeing their character come out and buy the clothes they got to choose so but just remember we have a couple of guidelines for that as well inshallah throughout the school year are students take map testing which is a diagnostic test that shows our students growth from the beginning middle and end of year we will start in August beginning of year testing and then in the middle the year which is on the calendar the dates are there and then end-of-year students have to be there for testing if there is some extenuating circumstances and students will be missing testing then you should be emailing me principal at Alamance Crossing. Org and I'll go ahead and you know understand what's going on and if it's something that until we can accommodate we will work with you and you can find her testing dates on her school calendar so I've talked a lot about the things what we do what we don't want to do and all that stuff but there's also a lot of positivity being part of our team and school for our new parents coming into the elementary school family you'll definitely find that we are a very When We are family that everybody knows one another from the staff members the kids and we really try to cultivate that sense in our students we start that off with morning assembly we have our students of course begin their day with the restoration of remembering Allah in the morning and also with their morning at the car there's usually some type of fun activity Wednesdays and motivational Mondays and all those things I got our kids excited and we really encourage everybody to have the kids there at 7:45 so they can take part we have our character education program where we work on monthly trip monthly charger trades and then we do a school-wide we where we where we recognize those students that have mastered those character traits and a little ones it's definitely exciting time they let it's a great time cuz it's one of the few times we can be all in the same place kindergarten preschool through eighth grade and the gym and we wreck the accomplishments of good character which is important to us and fostering positive relationships event one another we're really working on our school goal which is to continue fostering relationships with our kids teaching them how how do we work with one another because we know that's a skill that is a lifelong for them in sha Allah volunteer hours as a family of a demon school it is a requirement to do 20 hours of volunteer a year in sha Allah and that's can be split between you know if it if it came between the two parents but or whoever they able to 4 hours we ask for you to help her bake sale on Friday and their meaning hours can be dedicated to any school activity it's a really good time to look at the calendar and see know where I might where you might be able to help out and Charla parents who don't complete the hours will be charged $200 at the end of the year on my goal is that we don't charge of anybody because really we would love our parents to come in Joanna and help out as much as possible we have lots of opportunities with field trips ptso of n bake sales every Friday there's a lot lot of ways to get involved in the school and that is you know the basic basis of any good any good what is the relationship between students parents and the staff members that's the trifecta that we need to have a successful experience for our students so my goal is Buddy will get those to happen to those many hours now I'm going to go over some new policies the first one is our tardy policy and before we get into you know what happens if you're late I just wanted to just step back a little bit and run by and talk little bit about why it's so important to come to school on time. A lot of times our car classes start at 8 sharp sometimes the class might be from 8 to 8:30 and then at 8:30 we're moving on to another class it might be 8:10 to 8:50 and then you're moving on so in the morning if you know you're late 15-20 minutes your child is really missing valuable curriculum time so that is one of the biggest reasons why it's important to be on time a second reason is Muslims are always trying to level ourselves to a level of excellence in everything we do and being on time as just another responsibility we have we make sure we pay our Salon time because and that's part of our day part of a so also being on time to school make it and work and your family to make sure it's part of your routine I know I have had I had three children Michelle and they're all older now but when they were little it was hard getting everybody out of bed and getting them ready but as a family might encourage you to set up a routine so in fellow that if it's easy for you through the school year the tardy policy will have that we have included this year is that if they are five or more tardies in a grading. We will have the homeroom teacher schedule a conference to see how they can support to make sure you're coming on time with your kids if there are more than 10 with integrating. Of Border then we will Crystal interventionist sister Annam Austin work a little bit more to see if you are what they what what needs to be done to help help support you be coming coming on time and also written warning would be provided to see about some goal setting and if it's 15 or more in a grading. Then we are going to have to have a conversation to see how can we continue with enrollment again going back to the why is really to make sure that your kids are there we just need your kids after that we're good we'll take care of the rest in Charlotte but we need them there on time to make sure that there are having the best experience possible message on the chat Pacific tardy policy begins to apply in kindergarten not not in pre-k the pre-k program there is no tardy however I do know the program does begin at 8 so we do encourage our parents to drop their children off by 8 but if they get there later that is another reason why we're one thing I can do the parents I can drop off your kid and you're rushing and your kid out of your kid is rushing and you just need to imagine the way they're coming into class in the lesson has already started and they it really had time to just mentally and physically settle and they just have to kind of hit the ground running and and that and that consistently can be pretty detrimental for them to play this constant ketchup and so and so would really does I think set the precedent for the rest of their day and and and and also it's not setting them up for the success that we would like to like to set them up for so this is why we're taking this very seriously this year to really just set it's up for that and you know it's your sister Rana we do you know at the end of the year kind of take some time to reflect with ourselves that our teachers and this is something a lot of the staff members you know that also reiterated that you know we just need to get there or just need them on time and then we'll take care of the rest but it really does impact their day so please be mindful of this updated policy inshallah dismissal so we ask that if you are able to make your appointments for your children after school hours on teacher workdays on vacation days but we do understand that there are times where is brightness can't be respect schedule so if your child if you child has appointment please notify your teacher the morning of the appointments of the teacher can you know be aware that your child is going to need to be ready at a certain time to be dismissed early but please know that an early dismissal that is really for appointments only not for convenience so much although we are we are at a place where we have our gym with the three ships and a lot of our parents attend it's a lot and sometimes they ask and we just go ahead and pick her kids after the Salah but your kids are still learning it's still a full school day so we are asking that parents do not come early after Friday prayers to pick up their kid because there is still krikilan being taught it's not a free day Friday is it is still a full day of school so we're asking the parents do not pick up their child early just out of convenience if there is an appointment then you should have notified the teacher earlier in the day second we are the Lantus lamech school so far Salat time we do close our front office or about 20 minutes before about really 15-20 minutes because it's important that we we show our students that ever it goes down to the Masala and praise him. This is something where we all stop and take a minute and our day to remember all the stuff on the thought of it and to be part of this a lot being said if you have your child has an appointment at 2 and if you come at one you're probably not going to be late for your appointment so we ask that you come upstairs and come to pick up your child 20 minutes before Salat time so around you know when is a good time and then we will be more than happy to have you have your child ready and out the door with you and Shala but please know that if it's during Salah time that it will you will have to wait until July and if that's the time you choose to come just a reminder that when you feel all those beginning of your forms which will send you digitally I'm the love we have that in school Pro that your child should have be dismissed only by somebody who is authorized if you are running late and you need it and you have to tell your friend and to pick up your child please make sure you call sister may she's there till 3:30 she will text me or sister Anna immediately that so and so is mother is or father or whoever is picking them up is running late so please dismiss them with somebody else because it is it is important to us that we make sure that we give the child to the correct person who is authorized also we know we have the playground which we all have to play after school but we can't send any chill go to the playground without being first authorized to be with an adult responsible adult with them and finally there will be no dismissal after 2:30 because that's when Barb will we have our families lining up that is when it's very hard to get out if you're trying to get your kids after 2:30 15 minutes early you're going to get stuck anyway so if you need to pick them up early for an appointment then make sure you come before Salat time or you know by 2 and it will again accommodate you as best as possible but afterwards we ask that you are going to go please wait in the carpool line in shower you're just a quick rundown of when our students make choices that we have to redirect them for we do have a policy in place for our students we have different levels level one is something happening in the class and the teacher goes ahead and sends an incident report and let the parents know that that there might be something that needs to be worked on and they went and at this point Behavior action plan to find some goals to help support our student if certain behaviors continue then we move on to level two which include aggressive behavior towards other and some type of defiance and we might ask you to have your child come pick up your child to go home for that day to reflect a little bit on the behavior and support them and make it better choices we will all set this plan also work closely with our interventionists to see how we can support more and if certain patterns continue when we've tried everything we might ask you to look for more support outside of what we are able to give to make sure that we have tried everything to help correct behaviors that might not be conducive in the classroom in the window for our third graders I know this bar fourth graders are not here but for our third graders are level one is very similar however our level 2 has changed a little bit that if there are some conduct that is really something that warrants more than just being sent home for a day there could be a possible suspension bumps and level 3 MI also be a longer suspension that might be up to four days and also probation for the upcoming school year these are worst-case scenarios we hope that we nip things in earlier but we also want to be very clear on it vacations for behavior that we have for our students again we're always trying to write have her students rise to our expectations and be their very best sells and we can't do that without without your support as well so of course our families will always be my boo answer these calls to these if any levels you know we need to bring those kids in again this is for our little bit older student just some tips for the first week of school try to have a routine maybe this week is a good time to start cutting having kids go to bed a little bit earlier because I'm sure they're used to kind of that that's been relaxed and for some for us maybe some of you not as much that's a good way to start off that routine go and tell our teachers at the open house will be sharing a communication app which of the Class Dojo so go ahead and join that communication app so you can be up to date with what's happening in the classroom the first week or two we carpool will be a little bit crazy drop off pick up all the things happening so just give a little bit Grace inshallah we will be sending detail carpool directions and we have a really great video made by one of our families so we will go ahead share that with you to make sure you know where they had to get in how to run carpool lot a lot of people outside to help you don't worry we'll make sure you get your child but just be patient in the first week or two until we all get into a rhythm rhythm Isabel carpool this year we are getting going to be stricter with the parents who decide to park this is for the red brick building so as we know from your parents on the red brick building is where Pre-K to third grade will be so we have parents that park right outside the Gate of the red brick building and then they coming through the gate and then cross like a cross the carpool lane to pick their child up from the front door we will no longer be name a city that is it's like it's a really really like a big safety risk for our students to cross the road during carpool and and it also slows down carpet so so we do ask parents if they would like to Park and come pick up their kids that to go and park and I are parking lot especially the one past the red brick building by Gates three you're more than welcome to park and walk down the sidewalk of the red brick building but please no parking on the other side of the I'm just I just noticed a few things that our days are per quarter to clarify and the communication app will be ClassDojo where are returning parents we were using Williamsburg we are going to be getting away from Bloom this year so everybody pre-k through fifth grade inshallah we'll be on ClassDojo are all the kids will be something separate we tried to be very mindful about emails being sent expect in the beginning of the year to be getting emails please don't going out on the emails we try to keep them very to the point I do send an email every Friday and that's normal practice and that'll give you a quick idea about what's the school I went to look for upcoming events sometimes just so you know General thoughts so please make sure you just that you know just read those emails and if you need clarification about things that are happening in the class is just go ahead and ask your child's teacher art teachers are very open and there are ready to work with you yet they just need to just need to know what you're thinking what you have questions about the please go ahead and reach out to them and they will help you as much as possible another great resource is our website there you will find all the teachers little bit of information about them little bit information about us you'll find your lunch card the calendar really end thing you need you need you will find on our website it's a hub for information will be also giving you information on how to log into your school information system so in the beginning you will be getting a lot of and so forth by Charles le as the school year goes by your you can call our policies and procedures in Charlotte big reason why that we decided to do the orientation the week before our open house and record it is because you know I know I just threw out a lot of information to you in the past half an hour but if you still need if not we can schedule some time to talk one-on-one so this is a big reason why we wanted to go ahead and get this orientation out of the way now so you can just let it in a little bit and if you have you hello sister sorry this is Dina Lillian and Nora's Mom I have a question about so you have that that you said that there's an option for a day they pass so do we need to register for that or so or we just let you know if they want to just have them for a day I would recommend if you know they're just hopping in for a day or two of the month then it's definitely worth it to just do the day or two and then yes I do either myself snow or sister party or the front office so I'm so we don't charge you that $5 at a minute however the cost of the per day I honestly can't remember it at the top of my head right now and we can share that information with you but quite substantial in comparison to our monthly rate so if you do you see yourself using Aftercare I would say at least five to six times a month it's probably more of value for you to Bishop to just register them you are welcome to just register for just a month that's something that you can also coordinate with brother Matt head who ultimately the one that debits your accounts so so but if you do have unique a unique situation again brother my head is probably the point of cuz I'm glad you understand we have working parents and and sometimes you work from home and sometimes you don't so he is really a great person to talk to you about after care services okay thank you very much I see one of the questions chat and we can also take Rubble questions no problem but I'm just answer those two if any student have to take some days off what's the process if it is an extended leave then you have to email me to have a mission about conversations with family sometimes War you know who might have extenuating circumstances with families overseas and so forth so it's really conversation if you need a longer and longer days off but if it's you know like if your child is not feeling well. Please keep your child's home so they can get healthy and the rest of us can stay healthy in regards to students staying in the same classes we do do some mixing up of classes so and might not be the exact same group and that's great because then they go read and learn and make it snack in the after-school program or do we pack it we do provide a small snack but if the if you know your child like a picky eater if you think it's not enough then please feel free to pass something extra and the Aftercare teachers will make sure that they go ahead and eat it I'm not sure about the level based approach our classes are what we call heterogeneous their mix they're not based on levels we mix the kids just making sure they're balanced when it comes to boys and girls and so forth first grade only one section second grade three sections of approximately 16 students each is math test for 2nd grade testing is kindergarten through eighth-grade it is nothing to be stressed about we are I have gotten away from this culture I've been focused on testing and being you know high-stakes testing we just want to see that our kids back your children are growing that they at and that's why we do it three times of year so it is from kindergarten through 8th grade and you're welcome for those were thinking is for this information I hope it's been helpful if there are any other questions Now's the Time to ask and again of course you ask any more time no there is only one kindergarten class by the way our school is set up we have one kindergarten 1 preschool Section 1 kindergarten 1 first grade and then when we go up to second grade we have three sections to section the third grade through third through eighth grade so I'm glad the school is very full we think maybe have three four spots open in the whole school from the left and that's where we are right now with enrollment overall yes students can buy a hot lunch only some days you would go ahead and purchase the lunch card and then our teaching our teachers and support staff will know what as they have bought the lunch and I'm out running you want to take the rest of it I'm sorry how does it work with a Meal Pass Lane the teacher know what to order so ours menu is depth sorry yeah so we do have a set menu Monday to Thursday we sent out that that money so on our website has passed and parents information so can rice is everyday but then we add something else with it so usually the Meal Pass once you purchase it our teacher assistants of your child's class will also get notified and they can documents to keep keep it documented that the child has purchased the lunch card which is good for for lunches the child can you use those for lunches any time the parent would like us to do you want to just do it once a week you want to do it consecutively four days in a row usually I'm 4 Pre-K to third grade actually I'm sorry I appreciate a second and third grades are a little more independent but Pre-K to 2nd grade the teacher the TA is are already going through the child's bags I got there there on the boulders out their lunch bags out that's when they would see if a child does not have a lunch they usually assume that the child will be ordering the kids also asked the students who today is going to be ordering a lunch and the kids are put up there and they do verify to make sure first that they don't have a lunch in their bag just want you know the pizza that's being offered that day and then after that the keys will ask the child which option they want either the chicken and rice or whatever is offered that day for a little little ones in pre-k if you worried about your child communicate with a teacher assistant or the teacher you're welcome to message the teacher on Class Dojo on the days or like if you know exactly what your child's going to be having moving forward in the year you're welcome to to a chicken Munich yeah but it's kind of amazing how much I love like the kids are very are very good at communicating what they want for lunch I'm especially once they know what the offerings are and they see them after the first week of school so that kind of just like that. thank you sister Alex and soak up a couple of more questions so for our kindergarten and first grade we have 28 students we only have one section preschool is 20 students we don't go over the cap sleeve. second and a third a second grade we have approximately 16 + and third-grader approximately 18 per section any news on future other men High School in sha Allah will be having a from our board members to look out for the email for a town hall this session is focused on this school year so I'll look out and she'll have her some emails a meeting with our board for more future planning inshallah the Arabic Ricky lemon grade 2 I'm going to just pause on this because we're going to your inshallah when you meet the teachers on Monday they'll be really getting into the curriculum and be able to give you the best in for me and if you can't make it to the open house and please feel free to email them cuz they are definitely the ones who can give you the best answers in this regard we for carpool we don't have a number system we are in route more than the big schools and we really you know after a couple weeks we know everybody and everybody's cars and everything else so we will give you a tag that just indicates which building you're picking up from if you are only a red brick building you will get a wrecked at red tag hang in on your very rear view mirror if you are picking up from both buildings you will get a white tag and then we will know which building to direct you to in sha Allah but again first week or two be a little patient with carpool as I'm sure you're aware of if your child is our policy so and all are and that's why I would be a specific vendors like the magic stitches in the EmbroidMe they're aware of our what's required parents who choose to use other vendors for taking the risk of potentially not meeting our requirements so we do encourage you to use our vendors for your students uniforms to avoid any issues I'm someone else has mentioned asking about teaching emotional management healthy communication this is something all staff are doing it doesn't matter to make sure that these skills are something we're cultivating our interventionist does work closely with our character traits of the month she goes into every single classroom preschool through eighth grade and a session with the students talking about what does it look like be patient which is very different if you're in preschool or if you're in eighth grade so much unless she does a great job being them age appropriate for all our students but the other skills are something that we work on every year immunization sister Mae has sent out information that required immunizations are for kindergarten and 7th grade kindergarten parents if you don't need the vaccination requirement by the Sidelines or in the opt-out whatever you decide we cannot have your child in school it is against the law and will be in trouble so it's not for us being difficult but just make sure if your child has not gotten the require immunizations you taken care of that sooner rather than later because we will ask you to keep your child home until that has been taken care of any other questions feel free to on you and asked if that's easier for you no problem a shine and just to remind everybody for carpool will go ahead and send a video I mean you know I wasn't good we can play the video here but it is that were expecting kindergarteners and first-graders even 2nd graders to wear deodorant of us upon allow we are finding that some of our children are just maturing physically a lot quicker than in the past so so I think it is just like a case-by-case and you and you know your child best so for elementary school when you do see deodorant as something on the supply list you know your child by someone other than you did not so but that's not something that we are men really the little ones but I was like third graders and they're like ready to be in middle schools are really just depends on the child for the parents who are referencing that they got the Navy embroidery can you is that this this summer at one of our vendors EmbroidMe or magic magic stitches I'm getting a lot of all we a blue so I'm just trying to clarify so if you The Magic Tree for my child and they did white so I am but so they did do it incorrectly but I'm not quite sure it feel free to his parent or any parent
